Over the course of his career, Stephen Hough has not only distinguished himself as a masterful and insightful concert pianist, but also as a writer and composer.
He has composed works for orchestra, choir, chamber ensemble, and solo piano; many of his 50 albums have garnered international prizes.
Mr. Hough is also possessed of an individual and inquisitive mind, which has earned him a multitude of prestigious awards and an international following.
He regularly contributes articles to current publications, including a long-running blog for The Telegraph which became one of the most popular and influential forums for cultural discussion. A true renaissance man!
