A benefit concert for Nā Keiki O Emalia & Maui Arts & Cultural Center.
Kris Kristofferson has accomplished more in his lifetime than most performers can ever dream. He is a recording artist on his own, is part of The Highwaymen, and is an actor who has starred in many movies, including most recently, “A Star Is Born.”
He has recorded over 30 albums throughout his career and written some of the greatest songs of all time, including "Me and Bobby McGee," "For the Good Times," "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down," and "Help Me Make It Through the Night."
The three-time Grammy winner, Rhodes Scholar, actor, and undisputed country music living legend will be accompanied on stage by The Strangers. One of country music’s favorite bands, The Strangers are best known as the back-up band for singer-songwriter, Merle Haggard.
The Strangers include Scott Joss (fiddle and vocals), Doug Colosio (keyboards & vocals), and Jeff Ingraham (drums).

Nā Keiki O Emalia (Emalia’s Children) is a Maui-based nonprofit organization that provides support to grieving children, teens, and their families to help them heal after the death of a loved one.
Maui Arts & Cultural Center (MACC) opened in 1994, the culmination of a long-standing dream of Maui’s residents to build a world-class gathering place for the arts. The MACC celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. With it's nationally recognized arts & education programs, the MACC serves residents of all ages and Maui visitors with more than 1,700 events and activities annually.
